📄 General Booking Terms
1. Booking
Bookings can be made by email, phone, or via the website form.
For caravan and/or chalet bookings, the reservation becomes effective after confirmation by Camping Le Bosquet de Quérigut and, if requested, after receipt of a 20% deposit of the total stay.
2. Rates and payment
Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable – article 293 B of CGI (micro-enterprise).
Rates are displayed at the campsite entrance and reception.
The balance of the stay is due on arrival.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, checks, ANCV holiday vouchers.
Please note: We do not yet have a card payment terminal.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the guest:
More than 15 days before arrival: deposit is refunded.
Less than 15 days (15th day included): deposit is retained.
In case of no-show or early departure: full stay remains payable.
Cancellation by the campsite:
In case of force majeure or impossibility to host, the campsite will refund amounts paid by the guest.
No other compensation can be claimed.
4. Arrival and departure
Arrivals: between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM in low season (May/June/September) and 7:00 PM in high season (July/August).
Outside these hours, please contact the campsite by phone or email.
Departures: before noon.
Any late arrival or early departure must be reported.
5. Liability
Each camper is responsible for their personal belongings, including tents, equipment, vehicles, and valuables.
The campsite declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of these items, except in case of campsite fault or force majeure.
Campers also agree to follow the campsite rules, displayed at the entrance and in common areas, and to use the facilities responsibly and preserve the environment. Any damage caused by a camper or their companions to installations, equipment, or vegetation will be the responsibility of the camper.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These booking terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
